You might think a smaller home means lessmoney but, you need to consider things like HOA fees, property tax, and utilities. So that higher end condo you’re eyeing might cost yo more to livein that your current home.

Who wants to move twice and pay DOUBLE haing an agent means you don’t need to worry about this, they will handle the sale and purhcse of yor current/new home, so yo can focus on packing your things only once.
